d. Therefore, once services have commenced, they will be considered delivered, and you will lose the right to cancel your application. www.etasrilanka.org.lk will explicitly request your permission to proceed with the processing of your eVisa application for Sri Lanka at the time of submission.

Once your application is approved by the Sri Lanka visa issuing authority, www.etasrilanka.org.lk is unable to provide a refund, and you must comply with this policy. Applications processed or approved at the Sri Lanka immigration desk cannot be canceled

2. Cancellation Policy:

a. Once an eVisa application has been submitted and payment has been made, it cannot be canceled or modified.
b. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided in the application is accurate and meets the requirements. We cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the application.

3. Application Rejection:

a. If your Sri Lanka eVisa application is rejected by the Sri Lankan Authorities due to incorrect or false information provided by you, our website, etasrilanka.org.lk, cannot be held liable.

4. Discretionary Refunds:
