1. Service Provision:

b. The final decision regarding the approval or rejection of an ETA visa lies with the Sri Lankan authorities. We do not guarantee the approval of any ETA application.

2. Application Processing

The Company will process applications according to the client's requirements and requests. The Company will not be responsible for any incorrect information provided by the client. Every effort will be made to ensure your travel experience is swift and hassle-free.

3. Service Cancellation and Termination:

a. By making a payment for our service—specifically, the processing of your eVisa application for Sri Lanka through www.etasrilanka.org.lk you give us consent to proceed with processing and delivering the required services.
b. www.etasrilanka.org.lk reserves the right to cancel payments or orders prior to the commencement of delivery, without providing any reasons for doing so.
c. You may cancel an order within a statutory period of 7 working days if your application has not been processed or forwarded to the immigration department. This period will begin after you receive an email confirmation from www.etasrilanka.org.lk. Once you make the payment on www.etasrilanka.org.lk, we will commence the processing of your eVisa application for Sri Lanka immediately.

The Company will not be responsible for any of the following events occurring with the Sri Lanka eVisa issuing authority:
a• Refusal to issue the visa
b• Refusal to accept the application
c• Issuance of an incorrect visa
d• Delay in processing the Sri Lanka eVisa

Once the application is submitted and accepted at the Sri Lanka immigration department, the approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the concerned department of Sri Lanka. The Company cannot influence or challenge the immigration department's decision.

If the Company has caused any of the above issues through error or omission, the Company's liability is strictly limited to the cost of a replacement visa or a refund of all fees paid. The Company cannot accept any responsibility for consequential losses, such as, but not limited to, lost profits/income or lost airfares. With your express permission, we will process the application immediately with the supporting documents provided. If the immigration authority requests additional documents, the applicant must fulfill this requirement. www.etasrilanka.org.lk will not take responsibility for any rejection due to the non-fulfillment of requirements.

4. Responsibility and Limitations:

www.etasrilanka.org.lk is only responsible for the services mutually agreed upon, which is the processing of your e-visa application. Once the service is rendered, we are no longer responsible if, for any reason, an applicant is unable to travel.

Applicants must ensure that they have not applied for a visa through another service before applying with us. Otherwise, immigration may stop the processing, and fees will still be applicable.

5. Timelines:

You may cancel an order within a statutory period of 7 working days if your application has not been processed or forwarded to the immigration department. This period will begin after you receive an email confirmation from www.etasrilanka.org.lk.

6. Processing Time:

www.etasrilanka.org.lk offers a timeline to process the Sri Lanka eVisa within 24-72 business working hours of the immigration department. Visa processing and approval timelines may vary based on different booking categories. In most cases, visas are approved within the offered timeline of 24-72 business working hours.

7. Shipping Policy:

www.etasrilanka.org.lk uses a standard digitally managed email platform to deliver our services to the email address registered and entered in the application form. We strongly encourage and recommend our clients to provide an accurate email address and to double-check the email address while filling out the application form.

8. Availability & Pricing

a. www.etasrilanka.org.lk is not responsible if you fail to receive your visa.
b. www.etasrilanka.org.lk does not guarantee that your application will be approved by the Sri Lanka eVisa issuing authority. Our service is deemed fulfilled once.
c. www.etasrilanka.org.lk has checked your online submission and submitted your application to the Sri Lanka eVisa issuing authority.
d. The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the transaction receipt. The amount charged to your card will be shown in your card's currency.
e. Every applicant is responsible for fulfilling any requirements stated by the Sri Lanka Government. www.etasrilanka.org.lk will not accept responsibility if an applicant is not eligible for the services requested, provides incorrect or incomplete information, fails to provide supporting documents as and when required, or for any similar errors in relation to the Sri Lanka Visa application.

The pricing and services on this website adhere to current standards for the given service. No changes will be made to the pricing as stated on this website at the behest of an applicant.

10. Express Services:

As a service provider, we offer express services to process your application on priority for an additional fee. This optional service is available upon request, and the timeline for fulfillment will be shared with the applicant at the time of opting for this service.

If we are unable to provide the express service within the specified time frame, we will refund the express fees only. In such cases, we will charge only the government fee and our service fees.
